Product Availability & Shipping Notice
All items ship directly from our partner warehouses. We work to keep our catalog, product details, pricing, and inventory information accurate and up to date.
Inventory is confirmed at the time of purchase. If an item is backordered, discontinued, delayed, or unavailable after an order is placed, NYC Safety Supply will notify the customer with available options. These options may include a replacement product, backorder fulfillment, order adjustment, or a full refund for the unavailable item.
Shipping Policy
NYC Safety Supply offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $75 or more.
Orders under $75 are subject to standard shipping rates. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, supplier availability, package size, package weight, carrier rates, and delivery location.
Some products may ship separately or directly from different supplier partner warehouses. If an order includes multiple items, the items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Processing Times
Most orders begin processing after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier warehouse handling time, order volume, holidays, and carrier conditions.
Typical supplier processing times are listed on individual product pages when available. Estimated processing and delivery times are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once the order ships. Customers may receive one or more tracking numbers if items ship separately from different partner warehouses.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary based on product availability, supplier processing time, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, and destination.
NYC Safety Supply is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped, but we will assist customers with tracking and order support when needed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
NYC Safety Supply is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If an address error is discovered after an order is placed, contact us as soon as possible at info@nycsafetysupply.com. We will try to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, missing, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at info@nycsafetysupply.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and photos of the carrier label so we can review the issue and assist with the proper resolution.
