1. Do you keep products in stock?
No. All items are shipped directly from our partner warehouses. Inventory is confirmed after purchase. If an item is backordered, we’ll notify you right away with options for a replacement, backorder fulfillment, or a full refund.

2. How fast is shipping?
Most orders ship within 1 business day and deliver within 1–3 business days in NYC. Shipping times outside NYC may vary.

3. What if an item is out of stock?
We’ll contact you immediately to offer a comparable replacement, update you on restock timing, or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

4. Do you accept returns?
Yes, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For safety products, items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us first for a return authorization.

5. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. While we’re NYC-based, our partner warehouses ship across the United States.

6. Can I cancel or change an order after it’s placed?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at [support@nycsafetysupply.com] to request changes or cancellations.
